There is no fitness or strength level required to start pole, we even have a class dedicated to our 50+ Polers! Pole is literally for anyone at all ages and stages and we will progress you as and when you are ready, so start now! You won't regret it!
Want to learn to move around the pole...and the floor...and sometimes a chair, like a goddess? Flow is an excellent cardio class that allows you to stay on the ground! For more experienced members, there will be opportunities to leave the floor and move up the pole in your routines. Pole shoes/heels/boots/sandals are optional for this class. We do highly recommend bringing a pair of socks and if you have knee pads, bring them along too!
