At Phoenix we believe all of our floor classes will assist our members on their aerial fitness journey's. The benefits gained in both strength and flexibility will provide your body with more mobility to actively move in ways you have always dreamed of!
Our yoga classes consist of three popular yoga styles.
Yin is a slow paced class with deep stretching and holding poses for a longer period, while Vinyasa is a faster paced class consisting of yoga flows ready to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling awakened!
Dream Float will have you in meditation state raised off the floor and snug in one of our aerial slings! Perfect for the end of a long day.
Stretch and Flex
In stretch and flex classes we work on deep stretches, active flexibility and mobility/rotation excersizes to assist in your aerial journey!
Our S&F classes mostly look at working on your splits (front and middle), your back bend, and your shoulder rotation.
